You can place a stop payment on a check you wrote from your account or on an
electronic item you authorized to be debited from your account.
All requests will be posted the same business day they are received (if received
before 4PM Monday thru Friday). The stop payment request is not guaranteed if
the item has already been presented for payment at the credit union or at a
shared service center.
Please complete and sign a form and fax it back to us at (404) 676-8849. Do not
leave any spaces blank as this will delay our ability to post this request in a
timely manner. Please include a cover sheet with your name and a phone number
where we can reach you.
Visa® Check Card transaction cannot be stopped once authorized.
Unauthorized transactions should be reported to the credit union.
