Our Share Certifiicates allow you to save money for your future needs by locking
into our highest dividend rates for a specified term. The longer the term on the
Certificate, the higher the dividend rate earned. You can open a Regular Savings
Certificate with a minimum balance of $5,000. Certificates are available with terms
of six months to 60 months. We also offer the Jumbo Savings Certificate, which requires
a minimum opening balance of $100,000. Our Savings Certificates can be used for
your Individual Retirement Account (IRA ).

Premier Share Certificate
Our Premier Share Certificate Savings account is a higher yield
dividend term account. A minimum deposit of $2,000 is required to open a Premier
Share Certificate. Deposits are permitted only during open deposit periods, as
determined and approved by the Board of Directors. The Premier Share Certificate
is an 11-month share certificate and is open for deposits March 1 through April
30 only, allowing you maximum savings potential. The funds can be rolled into
the Premier Savings Account at maturity subject to the $5,000 minimum balance
for new accounts.
