to help cover your expenses. Stock Option loans allow you to exercise your KO stock
options only. Stock Secured loans are made using stock as collateral that you currently
own. The stock can be KO or CCE stock as well as other stock listed on the New York
Stock Exchange. You must have your stock certificate in hand for either stock loan
option.
